2011 Registration Materials
All forms must be mailed to the Florida 4-H state office with a check paid in full to Florida 4-H Foundation, postmarked by September 8, 2011. Please register through your County Extension office. Check with your County Extension office for your county deadline.

Cost: $210 for registration (check with your County Extension office for other cost)
Transportation: There will be no transportation provided by the state. If you have youth from your county or district you will need to arrange your own transportation. Each youth group must have one overnight certified adult chaperone per eight youth. Do not forget to have a copy of the Florida 4-H Participation form from each of the youth traveling with you.
