Registration Deadline and Payment
- All SRVLF registration forms and checks should be submitted to the State 4-H Events Office at 3103 McCarty Hall B (PO Box 110225), Gainesville, FL, 32611. Georgia 4-H Medical Information Florida Code of Conduct & Release Form and full payment is due with the registration form by August 19, 2011
More Information Contact:
- Covers up to five partial registrations for the Southern Region Leader Forum for volunteers with a 4-H Food and Nutrition Focus.
Applications are due in the State 4-H Office with Registration Form.
